My husband is in need of emergency services. Filled out an online appointment. They are false in displaying they are emergency services friendly and have accurate appointment times. Bad business practice for sure.
Two weeks ago I made an appointment online. You can select new patient, as I did, select a time and date, enter your info, etc. I made the appointment for a specific day I had off, about 3 weeks in advance. Two weeks later, they call me and leave me a voicemail saying they're canceling my appointment because that day doesn't work for them and their new patient appointments are actually booked two months out. Dr. Platt was my dentist for years but recently he retired. The new dentist taking over renamed the practice Evergreen Family Dental. They did NOT however notify long-time patients that they were not going to continue with the same insurance companies. So when I went for my regular cleaning I was taken by surprise that I had to pay out of pocket. Very successful and busy dental office. They are proactive advancing preventive dental care. The hygienists are patient and careful. Dr. Chu is thorough. He will point out areas in need of structural or cosmetic dental work.
