The front office receptionist is so rude that we had to cancel our 2 appointments. Unbelievable attitude from an employee who’s only job is to check people in Stay away from this dentist until they realize that the patient is why they are working!

I am very disappointed with this office 😢 The dentist and the dental assistant were very kind. But the front office was absolutely terrible. After my evaluation I was told to get a deep cleaning since I had pockets ranging from 4 to 8 The front office immediately gave me a quote of $500 I thought that was quite pricey and called my insurance company who informed me that they never received a prior auth. Dr Amy is awesome I’m a new patient of hers after my visit with her. She had referred me to the Oral Surgeon within three days time which was exceptionally well for my case her staff very efficient. Very nice. I would recommend Dr Amy to anyone. She’s my shero she also sent me a card in the mail which I thought was so outstanding

Unsafe for pregnant patients and ridiculously rude in the process. I informed the office I was pregnant ahead of time & would be declining my X-rays. I provided this information months in advance when I made my appointment, and told them my last X-rays had been preformed within the year. The American Dental Association (ADA) and ACOG state: Routine dental X-rays can be postponed during the first trimester if there’s no urgent need.
