Staff is rude. Policies are outdated and leave no room for human error. Not sure of how thorough Samantha is. She came out after my sons exam and told me he had a clean bill and i asked her about a very specific spot on his tooth that i had seen for about a month and asked her to take another look. She came out and said he did indeed have a cavity. How can i see that and she couldn't!? Did they even look? I used to see Dr Bill Johnson and he was great. I called in March because of a broken molar and I was told he retired. I was also informed the other dentist at this office do not accept my insurance. I switched insurance companies after verifying that they accept this plan. When I called I was told “we do not take that here, I’m not sure why anyone gave you this number.” My insurance company called while I was on hold and they were told “we do take it, but we aren’t accepting new patients.” Bad office staff will make or brea... read more
