I booked an appointment for my son. My husband took him in and did not have a positive experience. When they arrived, they were not greeted. My husband spoke and the women at the desk barely responded. They also failed to acknowledge my child, and did not ask why they were there or what type of appointment they were coming in for. My husband filled my son’s name on a sign in sheet. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a dental office. I was told my cavities had been taken care of, which was completely false. Giving patients inaccurate information about their dental health is not a small mistake, it’s careless and unacceptable. There was zero follow-up, no clear plan, and no effort to make sure my treatment was actually completed. It felt disorganized and negligent, like no one was paying attention to my care. I shouldn’t have to question whether basic dental work was even done correctly.... read more

VERY NICE staff and doctors. No quilt trip for smoking or not coming in enough. They make you very comfortable and I had as pretty invasive procedure and it did not hurt at all!!!! I cannot say enough good about this office
