If you are considering purchasing a home built by William R Homes LLC, I recommend conducting thorough due diligence. My home was deeded and sold as a five-bedroom property; however, the septic system was permitted and installed for only four bedrooms. This discrepancy has resulted in sewage backup.
builder uses shady sub contractors and does everything in their power to make excuses. never addresses warranty repair lists. every neighbor of mine has serious issues with their homes. check out their BBB reviews before even considering to purchase a home from them. absolutely terrible
