This company is an actual nightmare. Michelle in the office is the worst. She bullied me via phone. She calls me telling me I owe her a fee for renting since we don’t use 100 gallons of propane or more, yet the original contract had no fee. I had the manager Amy Stackhouse call me and she’s extremely rude telling me that the company’s “terms and conditions” modified the contract which now charges a fee for “non-use.” I feel disgusted and used especially being a lawyer.
