I had thyroid cancer had to have my thyroid removed to this day I can call and they will help me the staff and doctor Fell are the best it was a scary thing to go through but you get the best care and they care about you I highly recommend Dr Fell !! And he's staff
Beware of your finances at this office. They will perform VERY EXPENSIVE PROCEDURES WITHOUT TELLING YOU WHAT THE FEE WILL BE AND THAT YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY WON'T PAY ANYTHING FOR THAT TREATMENT! THEN THEY WILL SEND YOU A DEMAND LETTER FOR THE ENTIRE BALANCE! FULL DISCLOSURE of procedure fees and estimated insurance benefits will NOT be discussed with YOU, the patient. My sister went to see Dr.Fell and was very disappointed with him, he was rude, did not listen to her, his time was in and out the door, she will not return back, and does not recommend him.
My grandmother went to Dr. Fell for episodes of intense dizziness and he dismissed her and said it was because she was old. He did not do any scans of her body or her head. A month later she was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer with brain mets. She had a tumor on her cerebellum that was causing the dizziness. She passed away last month and I can’t help but wonder if earlier intervention from a doctor who took her concerns seriously would have made a difference.
