Got my wisdom teeth removed today. Dr. Dzyak was unbelievable and everyone in his office was so kind and efficient. I feel great!
I have taken my Daughter to Dr Dzyak twice for Oral Extractions Dr Dzyak and Staff are Professional,Considerate and Very Caring. Today my Husband was seen by Dr Dzyak for emergency extractions his Wife moved the entire Patient Schedule around to fit My Husband In. Dr Dzyak was highly recommended by my Daughters Orthodontist and anyone that needs Oral Surgery could not be in better hands. Thank you Dr Dzyak and Staff for taking such good care of my Family.
I have never been so mislead in all of my life by someone trying to take my money and rake me over the coals. Please read the contract thoroughly which you won’t understand at all, but there’s a lot of hidden costs and verbiage that would take an act of congress to adduce and understand. This practice charged me $500.00 dollars for X-rays after my insurance company paid them for the initial X-rays & this was not disclosed initially.
