Dr. Bartley is nice enough for basic medical needs. Although I wish the overall emphasis during visits was less about logging current weight, scheduling annual tests and a plethora of vaccinations. Calling the office for answers to medical questions is met by a huge, collective question mark, followed by a lengthy back and forth process that doesn't result in an actual answer to your original, specific question - no matter how many times or different ways you attempt to explain it. Been my primary for years the absolute best Dr. I know
I've been seeing Sr. Bartley for about 6 years now - never really had any problems with him before today 1-19- 2026. I take a Breztri inhaler for my COPD, I called today to get a refill and got denied because I had canceled my yearly checkup due to I had just had Sinusitis surgery just before my yearly was due and couldn't afford my co-pay. So I will be looking for another provider and it will not be thru BJC. BJC will not be getting any other money or payments for anything in the past. Sue me !!!
