I've been seeing Sr. Bartley for about 6 years now - never really had any problems with him before today 1-19- 2026. I take a Breztri inhaler for my COPD, I called today to get a refill and got denied because I had canceled my yearly checkup due to I had just had Sinusitis surgery just before my yearly was due and couldn't afford my co-pay. So I will be looking for another provider and it will not be thru BJC. BJC will not be getting any other money or payments for anything in the past. Sue me !!!
I have been seeing Dr. Bartley for over 20 years. He is always friendly, listens to what ails me and makes sure I get the proper treatment to make me feel better. I am 60 and have had type 2 diabetes, for 10 years, he encourages me to take care of myself and to keep checking my A1C, blood pressure and cholesterol at least twice a year. He also encourages me to keep up on getting my eyes checked, mammograms, ob-gyn exams, etc. He really cares about his patients.
