Good and effective care straight to the point
As a person working in the healthcare field, I am utterly disgusted with the way this facility handles their practice. "Dr." William Pullano is very unprofessional and felt the need to hang up on me while trying to obtain something for a mutual patient. It turns out he did not effectively complete his job which resulted in delayed care for the patient on a serious matter. If he responds this ways to a fellow healthcare worker imagine how the patients are treated!
We made an appointment for a colonoscopy. A few days before the appointment we went to the office for their required covid test and were handed a packet of papers, including a note that the anesthesiologist would cost $400. This had not been mentioned previously. If we hadn't gone to the office or examined the packet of information (otherwise the same as they had previously emailed), we would only have learned of the charge at the appointment, after doing the colonoscopy prep and after having agreed to pay $200 for a cancell... read more
