Rude and uncaring staff !!! Me and my friend had found a cat on the side of the road that was hurt and wasn’t breathing, we didn’t want to leave it alone to pass so I picked it up and we drove it to William Penn Vet Hospital. As soon as we got there Dr.B wanted out signatures and saying that we had to pay for the cat which wasn’t ours.
