Flowers arrived one day late and arrived mostly dead. missed the entire occasion even though I paid $20 delivery fee +($19.99) extra for express delivery before 5pm The delivery guy lied on the original delivery date $160 for a very cheap case that feels like it’ll break from a slight tap and dead flowers. Waited a short while to post since we’ve been busy. Hopefully this was a one off and others don’t have the same problems.
This place is a scam! The flowers we got for Mother's Day was nothing like the picture! They have all these "options" and are supposed to match the flowers the best they can, and we ordered their "Premium" option for my MIL, thinking that this would be a nice bouquet, and different from the grocery store bought ones, but we were so wrong!! Actually, if we had bought a bouquet from a grocery store, it would have looked much better than this!! A dear friend had just put her sweet old dog down and was really grieving. I looked online for a florist and William Paul Floral Design clearly stood out from the others. Their website was incredibly easy to navigate and featured an abundance of beautiful arrangements that could be ordered in varying sizes and price points (very competitive prices btw) all displayed so you could see the differences. Terrible experience. Paid $200 for a bouquet that lasted less than 72h. They clearly put it together with flowers that were about to die so it would look good enough to pass by. The lady at the counter was fairly rude during my first interaction and customer service wasn’t great altogether. For $200 I’d expect my flowers to not hang on a metal wire and have the stem removed completely, no wonder they dies in 2 days. Can’t believe this is what you get for $200
