William Paul developed his passion for floral design inside his family's flower shop as a child. Growing up in the heart of South Georgia he watched his Aunt and Grandmother create gorgeous floral arrangements and dreamed of one day doing the same. At the age of 16, William began working in his family's flower shop after school and quickly fell even deeper in love with the craft. This shop used to good but now it appears to be closed. Orders placed are sent to other shops which provide old crummy flowers. This site is a rip-off. I am reporting to Teleflora (the web provider) and the better business bureau.
