Dr McGuinn takes the time to ask questions, listens to patient, and takes the time to also explain things in terms patient can relate to. If you want to speak to his nurse you can wait on lphone for brief period of time until she come to the phone and you do not have to leave message and then wait for a call back... whenever like majority of physcian's offices..
