Called today for a plumbing issue at work. They came out right away and took care of things quickly. Daniel and his coworker were polite and friendly.
My husband called William Parish initially while I was out at The Home Depot buying the necessary parts for A fairly simple repair. Javier called me to confirm his eta and I told him I didn’t need him. Little did I know the The part I selected didn’t fit after all and would be a much more involved repair, my husband was right. Javier was very professional, took time to understand the issue and propose options, and completed the work well. We’ve had a few occasions where we’ve called William Parrish plumbing and have been satisfied each time.
Javior did a great job on toilet installation
Javier was wonderful! He is professional, conscientious, and highly knowledgeable. He replaced an out-of-code outdoor water spigot for us and did a thorough inspection of the plumbing in the crawl space. We had been suspecting other plumbing issues were present, and he confirmed our suspicions (thanks a lot for the polybutylene pipes, 1993 Builder-man😖)—and then spent a significant amount of time discussing options with us.
