The main page to reach a person for an appointment says open until 5 pm and I called few times says the office is closed. HOW IS THIS HELPFUL FOR SOMEONE NEEDING CARE. Very sad. Get it together people....we need you please.
I had a first time visit with Dr Maier last week and couldn't have been more pleased. His gal at the front desk was super helpful and very pleasant. I felt like Dr. Maier was easy to talk to, he answered my questions and was personable and a good listener. I am extremely surprised at the negative reviews because my experience was not even remotely like anything the negative reviews described. Extremely disappointed with the follow-up process at this office. We were told it would take 10 days to review lab results- It's now been 22 days and we're still waiting. Repeated calls have gone unanswered or unhelpful, and we've had to fight just to get an update. It's incredibly frustrating and concerning when your health is on the line and you can't even get a basic response. Communication and follow-through are absolutely critical in healthcare, and this experience has left us questioning the level of care and attention... read more
An absolute joke. The dr I saw, Lamichhane, told me (healthy 30 y/o chronic pain), that there’s nothing in the world that he can do to help. Did no actual testing. Now I have a $404 bill, when I am fully covered by my insurance for this, but they were too lazy to run. Absolute joke.
