When I say RUN, please RUN. If I could give zero stars, I could. Tuesday evening, we went in to see Dr. Fortenberry. After reviewing my fiancé’s symptoms, he advised us to go to the emergency room because lab results would not be available in time and he would be out for the remainder of the week. While that is understandable, there was very little concern shown and no bedside manner. For years I grew up having all my pains and symptoms ignored and so having a brain tumor went completely unnoticed for 14 years as well as an eating disorder and bad mental health, Dr Fortonberrie was the first doctor I ever had that lisined to what was wrong and didn't dismiss my symptoms and thankfully got me the best possible surgeon and help as well as took care to constantly ask my family for updates on my treatment while at st Jude and when recovering after every surgery.
