Went to see him today for an issue myself and my wife were having. Instead of listening to us he ran over anything we were saying, or ignored it, and stated his opinion. He said it would go away after a period of time, but did not listen when we tried to explain how long we'd already had the issue. Worse, is he discounted/ignored me entirely because I did not have insurance.
