I waited approximately 6 months to see a psychiatrist. The doctor fell asleep during our interview. Now I don’t think anyone should be treated like that but for people battling mental health and depression who wait half of a year (182 days) in the dark to get onto some sort of medication that will help me to get better and get my life back on track and then to have the doctor fall asleep on you leaves me feeling so helpless.
