The negative reviews on here do NOT reflect my experience. Every staff member there went above and beyond for me and got me started on my journey of hope and recovery. People expect their lives or their loved ones lives to turn around after a stint in detox but it doesn’t work that way. I called them trying to provide some context regarding the condition of a family member. Of course I’m doing this because the family member is in no shape to do this at the moment. So I’m trying to do my best to scope out a program that I feel will be most beneficial. Every time I try to gather any information, the woman on the phone said that my Family member is going to have to call. It’s quite obvious people don’t care

I don't get all the negative reviews. This place is great but don't expect a 5 star hotel. It's covered by ohip so you get what you get. 3 meals a day, books to read, an outdoor place to get fresh air. I got discharged today and I must say they helped me out alot. Thank you

I was there in 2017 right before my rehab in Bellville. I'm still clean and sober btw. That was my fourth try. (Guys still struggling - you must keep trying, keep getting sick off being an addict-one of those tries will be successful, don't give up) Anyway, the detox is a detox lol don't expect a 5 star hotel, just get through it, clear your mind and make a decision to get further help.
