I understand the overcrowding and long waiting. I am quiet and observant of same. However, I seemingly was questioned about my need to be there. Unfortunately, many folks are routinely attending hospital. That's not a reason to assume others do so too. I think it is way too small and inadequate clearly !! to have ever been built in Brampton. I know people have mixed reviews about this hospital but my brother and mother both had a really positive experience. Everyone knows wait times im canada are very long (perks of free healthcare). Anyways, the er doctor did a thorough check on my mother before sending her home because at first he couldn't figure out why my mom was facing symptoms such as dizziness and such. They keep on calling other people who are also waiting for the check up from Doctor.before me even thought i was the first one in the yellow area after check in. Then i went to the reception and asked her that why is this happening and she asked my. And and keep checking. And WHAT THEY FOUND? they lost my check in card. They found it on some other room and then they called me to see doctor and they didn’t even said sorry to me.. They wasted my whole hour in waiting area and which result me linger waiting time after my x ray.

Mandeep from urgent care restored my hope in healthcare. First check in by another doctor was rushed and I felt that the care wasn’t there despite struggling to breath and feeling sharp pains with every movement, so I felt pretty hopeless. But once I met Mandeep, she was the only nurse that cared and tended to me. I was in a lot of pain and I asked a handful of people but once she got to me, she took care of my pain, nausea, and hydration. Her niceness carried me through and left a heartfelt impact.
