One of the worst hospitals I have ever seen. I have to have an MRI done, received letter in mail with a date and time. Called to confirm a few days ago a very rude girl said we will see you on 2 dates. I said does not say that on my letter, she said yes it does. I have the letter and will prove it does not say that. I live on the other side of Brampton 1 hour and 1/2 travelling time for me one way. In 2017 the nurses could not find my chart I was accused of taking it, they went through my bag. This is not the place to go in which to get well. Loved the nurses, loathed the doctors, the ward clerk wasn't any ray of sunshine either... In fairness, I did like the personality and competence of 2 of the doctors crossing my path but the main ones I was forced to interact with were rude, manipulative, arrogant liars who thought they were Doctor Gregory House, all knowing and all seeing. They missed the mark and would do better treating personality disordered donkeys.
