The receptionist at the Dumas Tx office is so incredibly rude and hateful that we decided to cancel our appointment and seek treatment elsewhere. As the face of the business her nasty attitude reflects poorly on the entirety of this office. Dr Osborn would be smart to get rid of her before she drives the rest of his patients away and ruins his practice.
It has been years since I had braces with Dr. Osborne. However, I have been to multiple dentists after my braces and every single dentist or dental assistant compliments me and asks me who did my braces/permanent retainer. They all say he did a really nice job!
