Begged for a heart consult while in hospital for a week. Last day he came in and begrudgingly listened to my heart. Fast forward a month later he did a heart cath and my coronary artery is 100percent blocked. He didn't attempt to fix it. Followed up with him and after complaining about a side effect of a med I was put on which is a yeast infection was told to be more clean. Great cardiologist, very knowledgeable, compassionate and caring.
He had a wonderful bedside manner. Very knowledgeable and conveyed information would be understood.
DR. Passarelli has been my Heart Dr. for several years now and I couldn't have found a more Awesome Dr. anywhere. He is so Caring, he explains things so that you an understand, his bedside manner is Awesome too. Whenever I go there his staff and him are just so Friendly and Caring. Dr. Passarelli is now my husbands Dr. and I don't think I would have him if not for Passarelli. We will never be able to Thank him enough for what he has done and continues to do for us. Thank you!

Dr Passarelli has been my cardiologist since I moved to Ocean Springs from Dallas over 2 years ago. I found him to be caring, concerned, and very knowledgeable. He pushes me to do all the things I'm supposed to do to get my bp well below goal. HOWEVER... he doesn't apply the same pressure to my hubby...perhaps because Dr knows many men, including my husband, don't listen to Dr's advice and do what they want anyway. But it's unfair treatment men vs women in our experience.
He was my Cardiologist in Biloxi. Very professional and approachable.
My experience with Dr. Passerelli was in Ocean Springs hospital. I was admitted at midnight with chest pains and did not get a stress test done until 2:00 pm the next day. I did not see the doctor (or ANY doctor) until 10:00 am on the 2nd day. He had left NO instructions for the nurses. He came into discharge me and mistook me for another patient. When identity was cleared up his was very quick and discharged me and dismissed himself. I will not be following up with him.
