Very disappointed in the way things have went with the office in Independence. My son's glasses broke I spoke with Independence office and September around the 18th and ask for new ones to be ordered. It is now December 28th I still have no new lenses for my son. His office states that it's the manufacturers false the manufacturer states that it is his office's fault.
