I’ve had consistently positive experiences with Dr. Ngu and his staff as a patient over the years. When I had somewhat concerning symptoms earlier this year, I minimized and chalked it up to a severe panic attack but Dr. Ngu treated it seriously and recommended a stat MRI, and referred me to two specialists, which has helped me gain significant clarity about my overall health, including leading to a diagnosis that I had no idea about and that will require treatment. My husband woke up with loss of vision over the weekend and before heading to the ER directly I called his PCPs office. The person on call was dr Ngu. He said verbatim “ you can go or not go to the ER it’s up to you. it’s not necessary. It sounds like a migraine bc you have a history of those.” my husband had a stroke at 33. If your looking for someone to experiment on you he’s your guy! They withhold your medication for more office visits as if 5 to 6 visits per year isn’t enough! They will even call ur pharmacy and cancel all your refills u have on active prescriptions to get u in the office. NCH is begging for a Lawsuit. Finally, if u ever need a med u get the lowest dose every time. It’s like Dr. Ngu doesn’t trust his self. I’m gonna find a more seasoned, older doctor.
