I had a very disappointing experience here. I completed all new-patient check-in requirements online in advance and prepaid my copay for a 10:00 AM appointment. I arrived shortly after 10:00, was denied entry, and then left waiting about 45 minutes in significant pain with no updates. When I asked for clarification, the staff member I spoke with was rude and dismissive, placing blame on me. I was never seen by a provider, yet my copay was collected. Worst doctor I’ve ever been to. Didn’t care about me whatsoever. I had a bad back surgery and in more pain now then ever before and he could care less. Ended up just discharging me because the 16 thousand dollar procedure he wanted to do wasn’t covered. This guy is just out for money not actually helping people struggling with chronic pain. Find another doctor
