Dr. Newton helped my back pain immensely! His entire staff is great - Peggy has been my nurse every time and is FANTASTIC! Doug the NP is amazing and so personable. Crys at the front desk is always so friendly. Truly can’t thank the entire clinic for helping me get pain free!
I had a very disappointing experience here. I completed all new-patient check-in requirements online in advance and prepaid my copay for a 10:00 AM appointment. I arrived shortly after 10:00, was denied entry, and then left waiting about 45 minutes in significant pain with no updates. When I asked for clarification, the staff member I spoke with was rude and dismissive, placing blame on me. I was never seen by a provider, yet my copay was collected.
