His bedside manner was atrocious. He expressed that he was talking with me the way he would want to be spoken to, so I'll be direct with my observation of his work. Twenty years of experience has made him complacent. He's unprofessional. He didn't convey confidence. He made me feel unsafe and a bit threatened when he expressed his lack of confidence in me living through surgery, yet his willingness to do it regardless. I would never recommend him. Took my wife to a follow up 2 weeks after she was admitted into the ER with severe gallbladder pain. The ER doctor told her her gallbladder was bad and needed removed. Liver inflammation needed to be addressed first as surgery was too risky, so she was sent home on a DASH diet and told to follow up with Dr Myers in 2 weeks. We show up to the appointment and endure the terrible bedside manner. He insisted the surgery was too risky and that there was no guarantee if she got it she wouldn't leave in a box. Dr Myers is an excellent surgeon. I would recommend him to anyone.
Visited Dr. Myers for 1st time visit, he was very kind and concerned. He listened to my questions and gave detailed answers. He made u feel very comfortable and took him time to address all concerns.
