My mother was referred to Dr. McGuinn for evaluation for a pacemaker. She is 84 years old. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. He raised his voice to her with a very angry tone. He yelled at her proclaiming that she was asking him to perform Medicare fraud. He then prescribed her a diabetic medication and left. Fortunately, she was then referred to Dr. Diaz in Elyria who inserted a pacemaker about one week later. My mother thankfully feels much better but still bears the emotional scars from that visit.

Dr McGuinn is the best. He listens to your concerns. He helped me with my A-fib and promptly referred me to Dr Quan at UH Elyria. She is an electrophysiologist. She did an AV node ablation and put in a pacemaker in 2017. I am do to have the batteries replaced in my pacemaker. I am a little nervous, but I know Dr Quan is the best by far.
