The initial contact at the front desk was very welcoming and efficient and cheerful. I got called in within 5 minutes and the woman who took my vitals was very respectful and authentically kind. I was then seen by Meghan Ramsay an LPRN who was thorough in going over my bloodwork taking time to explain everything. Offering additional treatment for a deficiency the bloodwork revealed. Great doctor. Very easy to communicate with and knowledgeable.
The nurses are all very caring, hard working and kind. Team effort is noticeable as is good morale indicating great place to work. The entire staff is very efficient.
The nurse practitioner , Meghan , was very professional and knowledgeable . I appreciated her genuine concerns for my situation . The billing department is horrible and inconsistent . Thank you , Meghan !
