I dont know why nobody call or update me regarding with my blood works result, i have abnormal cholesterol results and very dangerous for heart attack, i dont know why nobody update me about my results is almost two weeks now since my check up last july 15, they should update me or call me, what is the doctors assestment or medicine that i should take or follow up check up instead!!!!!
William is fantastic! Both my husband and I are patients of his, and we truly appreciate his attentive approach. He takes the time to really listen to our concerns, and his friendly demeanor and sense of humor help us feel completely at ease. We highly recommend him!
The office is not well equipped. Unable to do labs prior to appointments making the appointment not nearly as successful it can be. No xray, must go offsite. Limited hours and appointment availability. Unable to see other physicians when yours is unavailable. Some of the front desk staff are sweet but some are extremely condescending and rude.
My review is simple I don't have any comments on using them as a primary physician because I don't know. But if you are sent here for Workman's Comp or Drug Testing.... BEWARE....DO NOT GO OR SIGN ANYTHING REQUESTS ANOTHER PHYSICIAN.....GO AT YOUR OWN RISK.....
Dr McClatchy and his staff work hard to meet their patients needs on a weekly basis. I have known and watched him run a first class office for over 30 years. You can’t find a better group of people to trust your healthcare needs to. He sincerely cares about his patients, staff and community! Thank you for that Dr. McClatchy and staff!
