No communication unless I initiate. There is a lot of run around and really no resolution. It’s been 3 1/2 months since my case was “settled” and still no payment to me. I would not recommend using this law firm at all.

When I have called the office, it's very approachable. I feel important because everyone seems interested in helping. They want to truly understand what the caller needs and they bend over backwards for me.
