Prompt service at a reasonable cost.
Stopped in for shielded RJ45 ends as no other place in town has them. They did not sell them normally but still worked out a special deal to sell them to me for a reasonable price when I was out of options for anything else in town. Phenomenal service from the staff and highly recommended if you need any network gear!
William & Mary came through for us in desperate times! We needed an extremely old cord that absolutely no one else had, and they not only searched all over for it — they gave it to us immediately! Their kindness and customer service were above and beyond. Truly grateful for the help! The holidays have started with a blast as we are watching tons of old videos on our ancient videotape!

Took 1 months and 27 days to get a laptop I needed for work and everyone I talked to seemed pretty lazy about it or didn't know what was going on. Then they overlooked giving me the carrying case to go with it too. Very dismal experience.
