Very good customer service.
Been there several times three of the times I’ve had faulty equipment he sold me used faulty scissors that didn’t cut and detachable blade that wasn’t sharp I didn’t have the time to bring it back he knew which guard it was and should swap it out … we will see
Went to 3 different Sally stores looking for combs and a shaping razor. Cosmo Prof wanted me to pay 54.80 for a shaping razor now mind you your are paying 54.80 for a a cheap plastic handle 3 shaping attachments and one razor blade. William Marvey had the combs I was looking for and the shaping razor with the same blade and same atatchments. And it's a metal handle and closable 5.80 cents. Thank you for not gouging me like Cosmo prof was trying to do.
