Very disappointed. I spoke with Dr. Malone's office over 3 weeks ago and they told me it would take a week or two to review my sons referral and another week to get in for an appointment. During that time we have check in multiple times and they are told us that there was a glitch and they need to resend the referral to Dr. Malone. That happened twice. Now today, after calling for an update they said they were refusing the referral. 3 weeks of wasted time and their reason for refusing the referral is that they are too busy. ... read more
Dr Malone is a excellent doctor and is very thorough on all he does.
Very professional and friendly. Easy to talk to, because he really cares. Listens to your input and examines all angles of possible treatment for you and discusses your options with you to help you make an informed decision.
I appreciate Dr. Malone‘s professional and experienced care. He takes time to answer any questions you have. I appreciate that he listens and cares.
