I have been a patient of Dr. Maggio's since 2017 when I went to see him when I thought I was leaking spinal fluid from a previous craniotomy. Initial exams and test did not find a crack or leak. Dr. Maggio was relentless in his care and eventually found the leak and performed a second craniotomy that stopped the leak and I believe saved my life. Outstanding doctor
Dr. Maggio is a brilliant neurosurgeon! He performed surgery on my husband’s glioblastoma brain tumor in 2023. We knew the prognosis was grim, but he patiently answered all our questions more than once and laid out all our options (good and bad) prior to making the decision to move ahead with the surgery. Dr. Maggio performed surgery on me back in 2015. He is an absolute amazing doctor I still tell people about him. I now see a neurologist who he recommended who is also good. Thank you Dr. Maggio!
