Kathleen is the most unprofessional medical person I have ever had the displeasure to deal with as medical proxy to my elderly mother. She brazenly spoke over me preventing me from asking any questions at all while making sure to communicate her 15 years in the medical field which is irrelevant. Blue Cross pays your salary via Dr. Stone's office and they will be contacted about your unprofessional demeanor. You need patience to deal with patients.
