With my moving a lot in my high school, college and graduate work, I had many different dentists. I have had some very good ones. But, never have I had the care, dental work and professionalism that I have received from Dr. Record and his office. We have even recommended them to several others over the 30+ years of our dental care with William Record, D.D.S.

Having lived in various locations, I have visited eight different dentists in my lifetime. Never have I found a better one than Dr. Record. His staff is very friendly and accommodating, especially in emergency situations. The dental hygienists are wonderful. Dr. Record is equally friendly, and treats the problem in manner that is best for the patient, and without unnecessary cost. My entire family appreciates him; you will, too.

The office was slow and they made me wait. The Dr. left and did not return for a while. The office staff did not communicate what was going on. We also received a bill for an exam that they billed without notifying me. When we called the person on the phone was rude and did not listen.
