Dr jacobsen and his staff are wonderful and the surgery he did on greg Stoner was petfect Would recommend his work to anyone. Great doctor and staff.
FABULOUS DOCTOR – I cannot praise Dr Jacobsen enough. He is FABULOUS, very caring and so knowledgeable on your needs. Dr Jacobsen goes the EXTRA mile for you. He cuts no corners, you are his primary focus at all times. Dr. Jacobsen and his staff make you feel like one of the family. You will NEVER find a more Qualified, Talented, Caring Doctor. He is truly the BEST!
Great experience – I recently had a procedure done by a dermatologist. That was the worst experience of my life. I needed another procedure and was recommended Dr Jacobson. My experience with him was excellent. He's professional and did a fantastic job. The staff was helpful, caring and professional. I am going to have a scar removed from what the Dermatologist did to me soon. I would highly recommend Dr.Jacobson to anyone.
Great Experience – After 2 bad experiences with plastic surgeons, I found Dr Jacobsen. He had to redo a terrible reconstruction that another MD botched and didn't seem to care. The results were wonderful. He showed great pride in his work and that's what I needed: someone who had a immense love for the work he performed. I look fantastic! He will be doing some more plastic surgery for me in the very near future. By the way, Dr Jacobsen is the 4th plastic surgeon so my evaluation is based on solid experience.
bad experience – This is simply a warning to others: do not use this Dr., unless you like waiting forever, being talked down to in a condescending and pedantic manner, never having anything clearly explained to you, and if you are willing to take chances with his poor medical decision-making. I should have walked away when his office staff would not give me references from previous patients, nor are there any testimonials on his website... hmm! Not a Top Doc – Dr. Jacobsen has been listed as a top doc in Phoenix magazine for the past several years in a row. I don't know if the rankings are fixed somehow, or if the rankings have gone to his head. Waiting room times are totally unacceptable, and although he acknowledges you as if he is listening to you, he has this arrogant way of praising his own work while blowing off your concerns. I was not happy with my results.
No courtesy – It is not about money for me or even arrogance - I am looking for the best ? but after waiting over an hour for a consultation I finally left. Apparently my time is not valued with this Dr. and I began to wonder how much I would be valued personally. I believe the previous reviewers comments and will not be rescheduling.
Stay away – Do not go to this doctor unless you are a rich Scottsdale type. I am a working class cancer patient that went to him for reconstruction because he was on my insurance. He has been described by 2 doctors as having a big ego. When I complained of pain he wouldn?t listen and said his other ?ladies? had no problems instead of talking to me about exactly what kind of pain I was having. He refused to do X-ray saying nothing would be found and reluctantly tested fluid which was still building up 5 weeks after surgery. I... read more
