A great doctor.
Dr. Jacobs is truly an exceptional doctor. I’ve never felt so seen, heard, and understood by anyone in the medical field. His bedside manner is wonderful; he listens carefully, never rushes, and always takes my concerns seriously. He explains things clearly without ever making me feel uneducated or brushed off. I have not been in as good of control of my health. He has healing hands.
I'm not sure why, but this doctor does not see sick patients. To add insult to injury they charge your copay and a $100 fee for a virtual visit, what amounts to a phone call. Then that $100 phone call isn't covered by insurance. We are out $240, as my son and wife went through the useless virtual visit. We will be switching our PCP and as quick as we can. I have never been so disappointed in a physician in my life.
