left my brother with 12 cavities and didn’t say anything just because they weren’t making money anymore from my insurance because it’s paid all at once. Also made jokes about the next time I was coming back because I moved for a little. Very unprofessional and the fact nobody has replied to me is not ok. This is malpractice.

I been talking my daughter here for a while now they have been great I love this place
Went there 5 times and all times have not went well the employees do not listen to the people who are in charge or to the customers. In the end I would highly recommend going anywhere but here because in the end you are paying for these people to do what they are doing.
Very unsatisfied with the service from the employees (Coventry location) , no help at all. I missed an appt and was put on a cancellation list for over a YEAR, mind you my daughter needs a couple fillings for cavities. I’ve called numerous times to get her in and still insisting to place me on the cancellation list when there excepting new patients! advised my 8 year old has been complaining about her teeth for a few months now. !
