I need paper work filled out buy Mr gallon to get my temporary disability pay I haven’t had a paycheck since before Christmas and all my bills are behind no food in the house and he is the only thing holding me up from getting the money I’ve paid in and he doesn’t seem to care that I’m in need of the paperwork
Do not recommend. Only useful for yearly checkup but cannot deal with any medical issues. Did bloodwork but that was absolutely it. Have never been more dissatisfied with a gp.
