I called Will Ellis at Ellis Electric, to ask if he could come over and check out my stove/range which had died on me. It was during the Christmas and New Year holidays and I knew he would be busy. He said his son would be able to fit me in. He kept in contact and texted me updates. His son, Duane, appeared after the holidays were over, spent about an hour and got the stove working again.
