I have received awful service that borders on discrimination. The assistant refused to even schedule another appointment for me. I have suffered in pain for months. She double billed my insurance company. She lied and said I only had one appointment with them.
Very unprofessional doesn’t answer calls nor return calls if I leave a voicemail!!! Doctor isn’t doing much recently too. Entire system sucks

The office is clean, bright and cheerful. Dr. Duke is a kind, compassionate physician to all of his patients. My husband and I met him on 188th Street and Hillside as a very loving individual strongly concerned about the well being of his patient. He also cared for my mother and now she is 86 years old and still desires to see him as her doctor. You will love his winning personality and gentle bedside manner. Mrs. G. Walters
Saw the doctor today for the first time. I was very impressed with his understanding of my problems and expertise. His receptionist (nurse) was also most helpful and kind. I look forward to seeing him again and would recommend him. What’s going on in his office. Called 3 times today for a prescription refill. No one has called me back. Never had this problem with Dr Antonelli. I think they need more help in the office if they want to keep Dr Antonelli’s patients. I like the doctor, but only in the office twice a week?
