Dr. Bauer is the reason my husband is alive today. His liver had deteriorated to the point where he needed to be placed on the transplant list. Dr. Bauer sent us to Mt. Sinai for further evaluation, and an initial scan there caught liver cancer at an early stage. Because it was caught in time, doctors were able to eradicate the cancer, keeping my husband eligible for transplant. He received a new liver and is now almost five years out, in excellent health. People are very nice. Doctor Bauer is very good at explaining and answering any questions. And he is very caring about you.
Absolutely inept office staff. Horrible experience. Cannot imagine if someone was dealing with something life threatening and had to deal with these people.
Dr. Bauer is professional, polite, very thorough and listens to the patient. Staff was also helpful and friendly.
