I ve been going to the YMCA for a little over a year now. One of the first people to introduce themselves to me was Eden. She is part of the “early morning crew”. On those hard to crawl out of bed mornings, you can always count on Eden to pass by with a warm smile and words of encouragement when you make it to the gym. Gym attendees had absolutely no regard for cross-walks yesterday night. Physical fitness loses its benefits when you risk getting hit by a car. We were almost struck by vehicles (while on the cross-walk), not once - but twice in one evening. One vehicle going so far as to look us in the eyes, not stop, wave, keep driving in-front of us & almost run over our feet. I’ve been a regular member at the YMCA for years, and I truly appreciate the friendly and professional staff. I love the atmosphere here—it’s focused on fitness and community rather than the heavy, bodybuilding-style gym environment. Eden has been such a positive influence, especially on the days I feel a little unmotivated. She’s energetic, friendly, sociable, and always, always motivating.

My son, Nana, always has a great time. The instructors are really nice, and now he's in the otter class only after two lessons. That's how good they are. Now he's practicing back and front glides. That's why I rate them a 5/5 stars
