I have seen Dr Loui for several years for a blood disorder and I cannot ask for better care. He is caring, concerned, and will go the extra mile for his patients. His telephone appointments can be delayed for various reasons but the staff always calls first and to let you know when to expect his return call. Very calm, low key, friendly attitude. Highly recommend.

This doctor is unprofessional and does not hold businesses in an even remotely normal fashion. His staff is trained to expect for 30 minutes to an hour delay. The first appointment I had with him was delayed by at least 45 min. The second appointment was a virtual appointment that I waited patiently for and constantly reloaded my screen. I want to share to anyone who see this doctor and think he will help you. He was my dads 1st oncologist that was referred by my dads pcp who didnt notice his cancer until he was stage 4. We had to do radiation to shrink the cancer in his neck then start on immuno+chemotherapy plus hydration and infusion. The doctor said it was working. Couple weeks in, my dad pain been getting worse and he ended up in the hospital for covid.
