Terrible phone manners when they answer. When you talk to one person They tell you one thing and then another person will say the opposite.
Never answer the phones. Takes forever for your appointment and to check out usually. I don't mind Milroth's personality but not for you if you take his gruffness personally. Overall, they just need to rework their system and to not overbook.
