Dr. Pan and his staff are amazing. Great bedside manners. They took care of my mom promptly. She’s now willing to drive an hour just to see them!
I had a great experience with Dr. Kenny Pan and my dental hygiene specialist - my teeth never felt so clean! Dr. Pan was very empathetic and cares a lot about his patients. The person at the front desk was also very helpful. This is the best dental location I have ever been to.
Dr. Pan and the entire team provide an exceptional experience from start to finish. Everyone in the office is friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about their patients. The quality of care is outstanding, and Dr. Pan takes the time to explain everything thoroughly and make you feel comfortable throughout treatment. I was very nervous when you go to a new dentist and your teeth are a mess. I had a cleaning first with Mary she was wonderful. Then I saw Dr. Pan he was very gentle and has a wonderful personality. I am so glad he is in Rochester and am sending anybody that needs a dentist to him.
