I was referred by my physician and was and was able to make an appointment quickly. Staff was very helpful! Dr Falls was very kind, professional and presented all my options. Thank you!
I went in for a simple appointment to get set up for allergy testing after the clinic I previously used for immunotherapy shots closed. There wasn’t much to do at this particular appointment other than schedule the actual allergy test, but the doctor was knowledgeable, polite, attentive, and thorough. Overall, I had a good experience and look forward to seeing how the allergy testing goes.
WERE IT A POSSIBILITY, I WOULD DESIGNATE LESS THAN ONE STAR. THE RECEPTIONISTS, AND I MEAN ALL OF THEM, ARE COMPLETELY IMPERSONABLE AND RUDE! THE SAME APPLIES TO THE GIRLS WHO ASSIST THE DOCTORS! THIS WAS THE SECOND TIME THAT I WAS FORCED TO USE THIS OFFICE. BOTH TIMES, THE EXPERIENCE WAS EXACTLY THE SAME. THEY NEED TO BE HIRING MORE PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE TO REPRESENT THEM.
