Dr Falls took time to explain my options about my nose bleeds. His explanations helped me to make an informed decision about the treatment I wanted to choose.
I saw William Falls Thursday March 26th about my bad right ear, after he took care of it he also did left one. I thought he was great and will go to him again as the needs arise.
