Dr. Carter has performed three surgeries on me within the past four years... Two across the top of my hands and most recently an entailed Eyebrow Lift. All procedures went exceedingly well and I have had full Trust and Confidence with not only Dr. Carter's capabilities and experience, but to gain the full results expected by both Patient and Surgeon. I have the utmost respect for Dr. Carter's 'Bedside Manner' and personal focus on every Patient he attends. Have no Fears and Total Confidence with Dr. Carter as your Surgeon!
I found the surgical care I received from Dr. Carter to be of the utmost in professionalism and he had a wonderful bedside manner. Dr. Carter was very concerned of my welfare both pre and postop discussing options available and giving honest answers to my questions. I highly recommend Dr. Carter and feel very fortunate to have been able to use his services and expertise.
The Best! Very caring, straight forward, & informative. Very fortunate to have been recommended to Dr. Carter but so sad to hear he is retired!
I have known Dr. Carter for 30 years. He has always been profession and considerate. My only regret is he has retired.
