We have been a State Farm customer for over two decades. Recently, Skyler Spicer helped us with an updated Homeowners Policy. The customer service experience he provided was exceptional. During the process, he kept us regularly updated as they worked through the site assessment. He was organized, honest, and proficient. In a world where customer service seems to be receding, he proved otherwise. Thank you.

I called to request a letter in order to sell my home. Taylor Y answered the phone and was very pleasant. I expected such a letter to take several days. Taylor said she would have it to my by noon, which was impressive enough. She was wrong - it was in my inbox within minutes! This level of service is exceptional, especially in this day and age. Wow.

The service has been very good and based on my experience so far they have a good team. Only reason for 4 stars is that I’m a new customer haven’t been with them long. So far everything is going good.
