i used this company twice. the first time they were great, efficient and friendly coming out to give me a quote and getting the work done in jig time. even when i needed to recall the engineer back out to rectify a problem, all went smoothly. the second time i called telling them my thermostat had went and i needed a new 1 or new shower, either or. an engineer came out, turned off my stop cock, stood in my shower and prodded the thermostat bar with his screw driver. huffed and puffed, told me it had siezed, and he’d need to ... read more
Charged me for them not having right materials and charged for them to go and get them, made a hole in my wooden floor and then denied it was them, wouldn't recommend this company for anyone
They ignore your emails if jobs aren't big enough for them. A simple reply would've been appreciated at least.
